Marimekko, the brand you may not know so well, has collaborated with Converse, the classic American Dream shoe, to create bold and colorful kicks for Spring 2011.
Marimekko is a Finnish design company that is famous for their brightly colored shapes and figures on men and women's garments. Not to mention, Marimekko designs all sorts of homegood linens that you may have seen at Crate and Barrel (who they've had a relationship with since the 1960s).
The video below, from Converse's YouTube channel, talks more about the collaboration. The shoes are super sassy and sure to bring a pop of color to any spring ensemble!
