Write the Future.

I haven't posted an advertisement in a long time. However, that is all about to change. I've found not only an ad but an agency that I think is pretty cool and I'm almost sure most of you will too.

Wieden + Kennedy is one of the largest independently owned advertising agencies in the world. Headquarterd in Portland, Oregon the agency has grown over the years and currently has offices in New York City, London, Amsterdam, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Dehli. Their list of clients in nothing short of amazing, companies like Coca Cola, Converse, Target, Nokia and Nike all use W+K for some sort of creative aspect in their marketing endeavors.

The clever people at W+K can be thanked for that tagline we're all familar with, "Just Do It." It seems that Nike has been a faithful client for W+K and the Amsterdam office just produced a great 3 minute commercial for Nike called "Write the Future." It revolves around the World Cup and what could, should or will happen and how the future of the players (depending on their actions during the games) could be changed.

Enjoy. It's a pretty awesome spot and will premiere on air tomorrow during the Champion's League Final. Also, posted is a video with commentary by the director Alejandro Inarritu (he directed Babel and 21 grams).
